Design authority for an engineering discipline with medium complexity. Complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects, cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

**This position reports to**:
Engineering Manager I

**Your responsibilities**:

- Reviews all project documents for conformity, safety, and quality assurance.
- Works with the customer to shape and deliver solutions and seeks customer feedback to drive and deliver improvements.
- Participates in project meetings and resolves any outstanding technical issues to meet contractual obligations.
- Assists in preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects/programs.
- Coaches engineering colleagues on the translation of conceptual designs to engineering documentation, best practices and lessons learned from past projects.
- Ensures that engineering activities comply with required safety regulations and contractual requirements.
- Actively contributes and shares experiences in workshops pertaining to engineering design, tools, and processes.
- Applies Design Thinking / Design for Excellence concepts in projects, including modelling, proto-typing, simulations, and calculations.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (desirable), Electro-Mechanical, Mechanical-Electrician Engineer or similar.
- 5 years of experience working in similar position.
- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Solid works (sheet metal), CREO (sheet metal) and AutoCAD.
- Deep knowledge of Low Voltage MCC plus Low Voltage Switchgear.
- Advanced level of English.
