All associates must comply with our environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures and federal, state, and local regulations.You as a **Senior Quality Engineer** will be responsible of design and implement strategies to assure that the required controls are in place to produce parts under specifications and that the Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/Preventive Actions Process is applied to improve the Quality of the product, for current and new products.- Define the Inspection and testing mechanisms required by the different production cycle processes.- Support the Production Team in any decision/action required in regards of the Quality of the Product.- Lead the Multifunctional Team on the Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Process on RGA's and DMR's.- Continuous monitoring of the entire production cycle and design/implement new controls to correct/prevent any no conformance as part of the Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions Process and to assure Built In Quality.- Train and Supervise the Quality Technicians working under his/her areas of responsibility.- Actively participate in the implementation/improvement of the Quality Management System.- Participate in brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental meetings.- Participate in Internal PPM's. meetings
