**Position Overview**:
**What you'll do**
- Continuously improving sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborating with internal departments such as HRBP, Total Rewards, Finance, Payroll, HR, Training, and Operations to achieve hiring goals.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations for attracting top talent.
- Providing first line support for the TA Manager and Recruiter if required.

**Who you are**
- **Educational**: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- **English skills**: B2+, or Above.
