Job Description The Recruiting Senior Consultant I manages mid-to-high level searches while serving as the point-of-contact for individual clients regarding anything and everything talent acquisition. The role develops, directs, plans, and evaluates the external and internal recruitment activities of their assigned team to satisfy the organization's talent requirements. Utilizes extensive knowledge of their clients, industry benchmarking, best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve customer service. The Senior Consultant I embraces complex problem sets and is a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues with less experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentifies, interviews, and submits strongest candidates to hiring manager (quality, skills and fit).Performs full-cycle recruiting; maintains excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates and ensures that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the phases of the recruitment process.Consults with stakeholders to deliver an overall staffing strategy that aligns with strategic business goals and the client's talent philosophy.Participates in client/TA projects (outcome of staffing strategy or business change).Strong knowledge of skills and abilities (competencies) required for assigned business unit.Possesses knowledge of company goals and competitive position; uses this knowledge to influence others.Ensures candidate has a positive experience and applies judgment when the recruitment process deviates from standard practice.Viewed as a subject-matter expert with regards to recruiting; expected to influence clients at an organizational level with regards to all things talent delivery.Education• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred).
Experience• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred).
