As a critical member of the team, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Applications. This role will be responsible for identifying, defining, and documenting business processes and software requirements. The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst serves as a liaison between business and IT teams by facilitating communication and determining software objectives that align with stated and unstated business needs.
