To better serve our customers, we need to better understand them, and where they are at in their home buying, selling or renting journey. Therefore an initiative to better track the customer journey is in place. Foundational to this initiative's success is the understanding of the customer data and its access in a timely manner.This team is building self-service capabilities that seek to provide the means to aggregate, transform, and enrich customer data, ultimately providing data access through offline, streaming, and online storage to be used for various AI/ML and analytical purposes.About the RoleAs a Senior Software Development Engineer in the team, you will:Design and build scalable streaming systems for orchestrating end-to-end event storage, enrichments, and access.Collaborate with various internal teams (platform, product, ML engineering) to scope and deliver tools ensuring ease of system use.Work with a variety of technologies such as Flink, Spark, Kafka, dbt, DynamoDB, AWS Transcribe, etc.Code with the best language for the job, be it Java, Python, Go, or Scala.This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company.
