We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager with extensive experience in Marketo Engage to join our team and drive our marketing automation efforts.ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding and Analysis of Business Requirements: Identify marketing needs, analyze requirements, and propose effective solutions.Marketo Configuration and Management: Configure and manage Marketo to meet marketing and business needs, including campaign setup, lead scoring, and nurturing.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and IT teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.Technical Integrations: Oversee and manage integrations between Marketo and other systems (e.G., Salesforce, CDP, analytics tools).Documentation and Training: Document processes, configurations, and provide training to users.Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and operations.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.ExperienceMinimum of 8-10 years of experience.Proven experience working with Marketo, including certification (preferred).Strong background in marketing operations and automation within a B2B or B2C environment.Experience in managing technical integrations and understanding of API usage.Technical SkillsExpertise in Marketo, including campaign management, lead scoring, and reporting.Knowledge of CRM systems (e.G., Salesforce) and their integration with Marketo.Understanding of data management, segmentation, and analytics.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.Functional SkillsStrategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends and implications.Customer-oriented approach with strong communication skills to effectively convey requirements and solutions.Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.Understanding of marketing processes and best practices.Human SkillsConsultancy/stakeholder management experience.Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Results-driven with a focus on achieving marketing goals.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.Transparency and accountability in all tasks.Come as You AreNasdaq is an equal opportunity employer
