Together, we can be our strongest.**Overview****What You Will Do**:- Drive component supplier and CM (Contract Manufacturer) for continuous quality improvements in effective Quality Management Systems (QMS) metrics- Frequent on-site supplier facility to audit and ensure supplier process adherence and drive corrective actions- Coordinate all quality-related activity at supplier site to solve daily quality issues of components with 8D approach in NPDI & MP stage, take quick containment action to avoid line-down situations, and drive practical CAPA to prevent repeat issues- Ensure suppliers understand all quality standards, procedures, and requirements are implemented and ensure design requirements are met- Drive the use of quality tools at the supplier site to predict quality risk early at the NPI stage (PFMEA, PQCP, FAI, Cpk, CMF Test, Reliability test, etc.)- Drive improvement actions at the supplier site, monitor and assess supplier performance by Supplier scorecard- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive improvement on current Supplier and Supply Chain processes related- Drive CIP program with effective KPIs and enhance problem-solving skills at CMs- Handle supplier material related issues, drive containment actions, problem-solving through cross-functional coordination, and follow up supplier actions**Who You Are**:- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering- 5+ years of direct engineering, manufacturing, and quality management experience in hardware development problem-solving- 8+ years of experience in Contract Manufacturing and FATP process quality management- Expert in surface finishing processes (Anodizing, e-plating, powder coating, oil-based and water-based paints, hard coating, UV coating)- Expert in die casting, investment casting, Aluminum extrusion, CNC, welding, MIM processes- Expert in plastic injection molding, two-shot molding, insert molding, overmolding processes- Fluent speaking and writing in English- Analytic thinking and systematic- Strong Quality Knowledge & Techniques such as CLCA/PMEA/SPC/CTQ/8D/Six Sigma, etc
