This position is accountable for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract the best talent to Element, as well as driving the recruitment process and facilitating selection decisions.
Duties
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high caliber talent.
- Developing strategies and plans for talent acquisition.
- Managing posts on job boards, such as LinkedIn, OCC.
- Planning and organizing career fairs and related events
- Consult with hiring managers to identify and understand responsibilities, job specifications, qualifications and required skills, knowledge, and abilities for positions at all levels.
- Do initial interviews and administering assessments to ensure individuals are qualified to move forward with the process.
**Qualifications**:
—Education and Experience
- BA/BS degree in business or psychology related field required.
- 5+ years relevant experience, with demonstrated success in a recruitment role in a B2B services environment strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in recruiting for high volume roles within a organization
- Preferable to have a certification on competencies interview technique.
- Experience recruiting cross-border highly preferred.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; preferably Workday.
