.Visión general: Manage, train, coach and mentor two junior recruiting team members to achieve talent acquisition metrics and goals including quality of applicant pools and hires, time to fill, positive candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction. Act as a recruitment subject matter expert through the partnership with senior stakeholders. Acting as the main point of contact for 3rd party agencies, outside vendors, and contract negotiations for Mexico based services. Build strong relationships with HR leaders and hiring managers within the plants to facilitate a cohesive partnership and continue education around talent attraction. Lead and/or participate in cross-functional special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition. Leads change management initiatives to close talent gaps and enable the planning, assessment, development, and movement of talent. Analyzing success against metrics and creates and executes plans to achieve ongoing process improvement. Identifying areas of opportunity for adapting HR procedures to support local operations and efficiencies. Maintain university and professional association relationships to attract early talent. Lead competitive intelligence and best practices around hourly hiring processes and strategies. Optimization of the employee onboarding processes. Coordination efforts and manage hourly recruitment process with vendors and internal recruiters for two plants. Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and advising managers. Select candidates who meet the required specifications, evaluating their background, experience, skills and attitudes through interview and psychometric techniques, verifying the skills required for position. Coordinate the hiring and delivery of hourly hires for each area, through the receipt of documentation and ensuring new hires' file is sent to the payroll area.Responsabilidades: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist manages full-life cycle salary recruiting efforts and in partnership with external vendors oversees recruitment for high-volume hourly positions within the Aguascalientes and Tlaxcala Plants.Requisitos: 4+ years combined Human Resources/Recruiting experience and college-level education; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to communicate in English is mandatory as the team is international and it's our collaborative language.Experience recruiting for high volume operational roles in a similar industry or environment is preferred.Ability to prioritize and multitask. Ability to work under tight deadlines to achieve plants results. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and processes.Excellent judgment, decision making, critical thinking, and analytical skills.Experience using psychometric test a plus.Highly professional demeanor along with the demonstrated ability to use discretion regularly in handling confidential matters
