The Compl Bus Control Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services.ResponsibilitiesManage and drive the incident management process from Start to Finish.Produce the weekly Incident Management Report communicated with all senior leaders in supported Lines of Business.Facilitates and ensures Issue Management Quality Standards are met.Key ResponsibilitiesRisk and Control IdentificationCollaborate with Business Process Owners to identify, review, and maintain risk and controls, considering various information sources.Ensure new and changed risks and controls are appropriately articulated in the Manager's Control Assessment (MCA).Assist in the identification and evaluation of operational risks and controls, including identification of potential issues and opportunities for improvement.Risk, Control, and Monitoring AssessmentOversight testing execution to ensure monitoring quality, completeness, and effectiveness of Business MCA.Escalate and follow up with the AU Owner, AU MCA Coordinator, and Senior Management to develop Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for control breaches.Quarterly and Annual Risk AssessmentSupport the AU MCA Coordinator and Assessment Unit (AU) Owner in analyzing and integrating information for Residual Risk Results.Ensure that overrides have a robust and clear rational, and confirm its applicability monthly.Assist in carrying out a comprehensive Quarterly Risk Assessment (QRA) and Annual Risk Assessment (ARA) according to MCA Standards.Risk and Control Support FunctionsProvide information regarding MCA during Internal and External Reviews.Support the AU Owner in defining the risk and control framework.Requirements6-10 years of experience in management, risk management, and/or regulatory compliance in one or more of the following risk disciplines: technology risk, business continuity, operational risk, supplier risk, or audit and controls.Broad knowledge of other risk areas, with a strong understanding of supplier or third-party risk impact in a financial services company.Project management and governance experience with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed critical milestones.Outstanding leadership, communication, and influencing skills.Ability to foster working relationships with other leaders across multiple lines of business and with support organizations.Demonstrated judgement and critical thinking skills.EducationBachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree.#J-18808-Ljbffr
