As a Senior Web Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating our websites. You will work closely with our design and content teams to ensure our websites are visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly. If you have expertise in WordPress CMS, as well as proficiency in other web development technologies and frameworks, then we would love to speak with you!About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development or related field, or equivalent, relevant experienceAt least 7 years of experience as a Web Developer with expertise in WordPress CMS.7 years of experience with GIT, SASS, Gulp and Bootstrap Framework.7 years of experience and expertise with WordPress theme and plugin development.It would be great if you also had. .Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.Familiarity with responsive design principles and techniques.Experience with SEO best practices is a plus.Knowledge of other web development frameworks and content management systems is a plus.What will you be doing in this role?Develop and contribute to custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet the specific needs of our websites.Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins as required.Collaborate with designers to implement website designs and ensure a seamless user experience.Work closely with various stakeholders and management to develop and maintain Clarivate web properties and optimize website performance.Assist in the development of web-based features using industry standard tools and technologies.Work with various teams to resolve daily ticketing requests.Independently resolve critical issues such as investigating website issues, including hosting issues (in conjunction with our hosting provider).Work with cross-functional teams including Demand Generation, Creative Services, and Events to support product launches and marketing campaigns.About the TeamJoin our Web Development team!
