In this role, you will be responsible for preparing recommendations for changes, optimizations, and strategies for product listings, images, content, and SEO based on our company's methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesConducting the SEO research for various FMCG brands, also aimed at seasonal occasions like Halloween.Creating and developing strategies and ways of working on how to improve positioning of indicated brands at the various eRetailers.Coming up with a strategic recommendation on how to make (seasonable) content perform better.Conduct key words analysis and implement best practices to improve search rankings.Create data-driven recommendations for ecommerce optimizations.Managing and leading A/B testing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategies.Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance metrics, providing actionable insights.Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to ensure best practices.QualificationsStrong knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart or Mercado Libre.Experienced in Quick commerce (like Uber eats and DoorDash), B2C (Instagram and Pinterest) + B2B (like US Foods, Web Restaurant Store).Cultural awareness of the US - proven experience working with US markets and clients.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal - at least C1.Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics) to measure content performance and derive insights.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors on eRetailers.We OfferCooperation based on B2B contract or contract of service through the professional Deel platform for international cooperation.26 paid days off from service provision plus Bank holidays as paid days off.Opportunity to work with international brands and to participate in exciting global projects.Exciting and friendly work environment.Work in an international team without rigid corporate rules.Training in eCommerce and development opportunities.Yearly performance bonus or salary raise.Shorter working day on Fridays in July and August.Remote working system
