**THE ROLE**The Cloud Availability and Service Continuity Manager is responsible for the establishment and ongoing management of the availability, continuity and disaster recovery processes and practices.
Periodical testing of plans together with client involvement, quite adherence to contractual obligations and minimize instances, severity and resolution time for availability incidents.
In addition to, Client Satisfaction (measured as part of the annual service review) and Team Satisfaction (measured through annual performance appraisal and 360 feedback).
**OPPORTUNITIES**- You will assume overall responsibility for co-ordinating DR testing and governance within the Americas regions (North America + South America) for all cloud hosted clients.- You will define and put in place a scalable BIAs / BCPs/ DRPs aligned with group policies.
Develop Service Continuity test strategy and framework aligned to internal policies, contractual requirements and industry standards.- You will develop a test schedule based on factors such as client contractual requirements, service criticality and test complexity/maturity.- You will ensure that all Cloud meet availability target levels / SLAs and contractual requirements by monitoring Cloud IT availability levels and other SLA parameters, comparing actual levels against targets and addressingidentified gaps.
Ensure that availability and SLA related incidents and problems are addressed- You will provide requirements to ensure that new or modified Cloud services will meet required availability targets- You will ensure that new or modified Cloud services follow availability/continuity tests and plans after major client business changes- You will produce and maintain an Availability Plan which prioritizes and proactively plans availability improvements
