ALTEN Mexico is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of engineering services to our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the delivery of engineering services to clients, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and meeting customer expectations. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of technical professionals, monitoring performance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Monitor and track service delivery metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Act as the primary point of contact for any escalation of service-related issues or concerns. Champion continual service improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery effectiveness. Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that arise during service delivery. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and procedures. Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role, preferably in the engineering services. Strong understanding of engineering service management. Experience in managing and delivering engineering services to clients. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain effective relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Bachelor degree in engineering required.
