As a full system manufacturer, distributor and program management partner, we supply global chains in the quick-service restaurant, convenience store and supermarket segments, helping to manage unit growth and upgrade their facilities.**About the job**:**Your tasks**:- Provide Level 1 technical assistance and support for incoming questions and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.- Add and maintain users in the phone system, assign access, and maintain their configuration.- Assist in providing computer/network support relating to software and hardware problems reported by users.- Monitor and evaluate efficiency of software/hardware usage, providing items to be covered in training of users, making them more efficient.- Reliable attendance a must.**Requirements**:- Associates Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
