Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- 3+ years of general experience- Solid understanding/background from Last mile operations- English Intermediate-Advanced (B2+)- 1+ Years as people managerAt Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. Our goal is simple: to offer the world's greatest selection of products and services with the world's best customer experience.The OTR team focuses in meeting our customers expectations by providing first class delivery services while liaising with multiple stakeholders to do so.The team is currently seeking a talented shift manager to support our last mile operations execution in the region.AmazonmexicoKey job responsibilitiesSetting and communicating performance goals while ensuring productivity on route is maximized through, training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a periodic basis.Partnering with the AMZL Delivery Station under the roof (UTR) management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.Cross functional coordination and task tracking.Communications across various areas to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to guarantee the overall success of the program.Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Ensuring procedures are followed for safety, building security and product loss preventionCiudad De México, MEX, MEX- Ability to deal with ambiguity- Ability to deal with changing priorities.
