Responsibilities: Project manage SIOP transformation workstreams and Global Business Process initiatives.Lead respective PS/Print/Hybrid Divisional SIOP (L3 level) monthly alignment with cross-functional senior management.Compile and report on cross-functional Metrics/KPIs to ensure effective execution, integration, and performance of the SIOP process.Streamline the monthly rhythm of business and drive cross-functional change management to enable a mature SIOP process.Support improvement of the monthly SIOP cycle, including timeliness of the demand and supply plan submissions, reduction of cycle-time, robust alignment with financial budgets and projections.Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure all team members are proficient in using the new SIOP tools and processes.Project manage implementation of improvements to the SIOP process and transformation.Support improvements for operations plan and incorporate customer needs into operations plans.Support standardized best practices for process improvement change across PS/Print/Hybrid and oversee its implementation in SIOP, providing guidance on improvement processes.Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or related field.Typically 6 - 10+ years' experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management with a Supply Chain (SCOR) focus and 1 - 2+ years' experience in SIOP/S&OP/IBP.ASCM/APICS and IBF/S&OP (SIOP) certifications, or certified Lean/Six Sigma a plus.Knowledge and Skills: Excellent leadership skills including team building and conflict resolution and management.Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strategic thinking and forward planning ability.MS Power BI a plus.SAP S/4 & IBP, Kinaxis experience a plus.ML/AI-GenAI experience a plus.Job: Supply Chain & Operations
