.Descripción general / **Responsabilidades**: Wood is currently recruiting for a **Site Project Travel Assistant (Entry Level) **to be based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico for a **short-term contract** position of approximately two months.Wood Digital Consulting, the largest vendor-independent system integrator in the world with proven stability for more than 25 years is looking for you! We pride ourselves on solving real-world problems for our clients by providing full engineering, consulting, procurement, and construction services to our customers across the globe.Our automation team works on projects that span the full spectrum - from small integration projects to Main Automation Contractor programs for large, multi-EPC projects.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Identify and plan project travel requirements and ensure compliance with corporate regulations. Accompany project team during travel to client sites.- Assist on site supervisor during installation and commissioning activities on client facilities.- Assist in planning, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing all aspects of the HSE management.- Coordinate and assist with HSE and travel requirements for the project team throughout the project duration.- Travel (driving) expected to customer locations for project implementation (100%). Client facilities are in the following areas.- Casas Grandes and Ciudad Juárez, ChihuahuaHabilidades / Cualificación:- Zero to Three (0 - 3) years professional working experience- Must be reside in the Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua metropolitan area for least two years.- Experience working in industrial site - an operating company, systems vendor, or engineering services provider for the onshore or offshore oil & gas and/or energy industry, is preferred.- Desire to learn and a willingness to jump in for on-the-job training, and preferably a background in Information Technology, HSE or related area.- Knowledge of MS Office is required.- Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, and vendors in person and remotely.- Valid driver's license is required; Travel (driving a car) to/at client facilities (100%) is expected.Descripción de la compañía / Company Overview:Declaración de Diversidad:We are an equal opportunity employer that recognises the value of a diverse workforce
