It is by combining technological and artistic skills in the service of digital distribution that the Group has based its expertise and has quickly positioned itself as a new player in the music industry landscape.With more than 1,500 people in 50 countries, the group distributes more than a third of the world's digital music in volume and has achieved an average annual growth of 30% over the last ten years.Believe's mission can be summed up as: "Best serve and develop all artists and labels with care, transparency, fairness, expertise and innovation, in all local markets around the world".**Job Description**:As **Social & Sales Marketing Communication Manager**, part of our local team, your mission is to showcase our services for independent artists and labels and promote our local business communication strategy.In a constantly mutating environment, you will work within a team of _sales and_ _account managers _in charge of managing distribution & marketing partnerships with passion, innovation, care, and transparency.**Your duties will include but not limited to the following**- Marketing / CRM management- Emphasises, for all our clients, the contribution of our teams and our services to retain and secure our existing portfolio by adapting and localising a monthly newsletter- Ensure we educate, train, and engage our clients by organising events and bootcamps for local clients with a high sense of innovation- Raise awareness on Believe and drive engagement of prospects by proposing and organising our participation- Contribute to driving our leadership position and highlighting our music, tech & digital expertise by participating in local key awards and key events in the industry- Social Media- Execute and propose new social media strategies to build or strengthen awareness and reputation of Believe locally and to drive engagement of our key target audiences (artists, labels, managers, producers, etc.)- Animate and moderate Believe Instagram account with focus on content planning- Monitoring and reporting of all Social & marketing communication activities to central team**Qualifications**:- Fluent English is mandatory to succeed in your role as part of a global company. French can be a plus- You have a 3-4 years experience in marketing communication, ideally in the entertainment industry- You are a proven team player, able to collaborate with internal partners and external providers- A first experience in music or entertainment industry will help you to be successful- You are Digital savvy, passionate about technology, data, and artists / labels development
