Software Engineer

CSG is a leader in innovative customer engagement, revenue management, and payments solutions that make ordinary customer experiences extraordinary.As a flexible first organization, you can find our remote and on-site locations here.**Responsibilities**- Working with teams to develop and deliver quality solutions- Developing features to enhance the user experience- Building reusable and robust code- Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability- Unit testing and end to end testing of developed code**Requirements**:- Degree in Computer Science or related field- Experience in Java backend technologies, Spring framework- Experience with AWS cloud technologies and services- Proficiency with HTML, CSS and JavaScript- Hands-on project experience with various popular JavaScript libraries/frameworks such as Angular, VueJS and/or ReactJS- ReactJS experience is preferred- Automated unit testing experience- Proficiency with Git and/or other source control systems- Experience with responsive and adaptive design- Experience with DevOps: Docker, CI/CD- Experience with Micro services architecture- Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases- Experience with ORM technologies for data persistence- Experience in building RESTful APIs- Experience with software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations- Excellent verbal communication skills in English- Good interpersonal skills.- Complex problem solving skills
