Businesses the world over rely on Trustwave's threat detection and response, threat hunting, DFIR, and offensive security services to protect their operations.In this position you will:Work in a globally distributed scrum team to design, prototype, and build new product offerings as well as enhance existing products.Collaborate with Product Management to refine requirements.Develop, implement, and maintain a SaaS platform for security practitioners and their customers.Analyze and resolve operational faults.Work with internal QA teams on system, performance, and acceptance testing.This position works from home, with occasional travel to in-person team meetings and planning sessions.We are looking for:4+ years of hands-on software development experience in enterprise Java, esp. Java 11, Spring, and Hibernate.2+ years of hands-on software development in Python or Dart.Applied experience with agile SDLC concepts.Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar), RESTful APIs, RDBMS (e.G., MySQL), and distributed search/analytics (OpenSearch or similar), delivered in a cloud environment.Competency in modern source control systems such as git, bitbucket, or mercurial.Basic shell scripting.Significant overlap with US working hours.Also desirable are:Industry experience in the MSSP landscape (EDRs, SOCs, SIEM, pen testing, etc.).Experience with Typescript.Education:A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or universitydegree is a plus.This is a remote opportunity open to anyone legally authorized to work in Mexico.
