Purpose: We are looking for a Software Engineer who is excited about creating and supporting user-facing software products that customers want to use, considering functional and non-functional requirements as well as user experience.Key Responsibilities A Software Engineer passionate about mentoring and supporting other software engineers and is comfortable collaborating with different teams to accomplish their team's goals. A promoter of technical excellence and helps the team to thrive by constantly making informed decisions that consider tradeoffs, and pushing the team to follow and improve their practices. Someone who enjoys building products using different technologies, as well as scaling them up using cloud computing. Supports the team in designing and building high-quality systems that may involve multiple teams and iterations. Collaborates with other teams to ensure the solution is feasible and aligned with the technical vision. Responsible for collaborating with their team and supporting other team members to achieve the team's goals while guaranteeing that the team can perform their development activities at all times. They must deliver at the expectations quantitatively and qualitatively. With a good understanding of the business to evaluate trade-offs accordingly and make informed decisions. Identifies and promotes areas of improvement for deliverables, practices, and processes, such as identifying and prioritizing tech debt.
