Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux systems and experience with cloud or SaaS platforms. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining IoT solutions that integrate seamlessly with cloud services.Key Responsibilities:Work with various communication protocols (e.G., MQTT, CoAP, LoRaWAN) to ensure efficient data transmission.Implement security measures across the IoT stack, including data encryption, secure boot, and device authentication.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.G., GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001) for data privacy and security.Develop testing strategies and tools for validating the performance, security, and reliability of IoT systems.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to connectivity, data flow, and system performance.Qualifications:Experience with embedded systems and firmware development.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as an IoT Engineer or similar role.Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems.Experience with cloud platform AWS.Familiarity with SaaS models and cloud-based services.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Technical Skills:Proficiency in IoT communication protocols (e.G., MQTT, CoAP, LoRaWAN, BLE).Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their IoT services.Experience with edge computing frameworks and platforms (e.G., AWS Greengrass, Azure IoT Edge).Experience with embedded systems, Linux, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices in the context of IoT.Programming skills in languages such as Python and C/C++.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of networking protocols and IoT communication standards.Familiarity with data management and analytics in IoT environments.Experience with AI/ML at the edge.Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.G., Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience:5+ years of experience in IoT systems engineering, with a focus on edge-to-cloud solutions.Proven experience in designing and deploying IoT systems, including edge devices, gateways, and cloud infrastructure.Job Type: Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
