Having avoided more than 9 million tons of CO2 in FY 2021 and committed to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030, Landis+Gyr manages energy better - since 1896.With sales of USD 1.5 billion in FY 2021, Landis+Gyr employs around 6,500 talented people across five continents.The Software Technician shall produce and deliver on time defect free product, providing support related with software..In this role, the Software Technician will:- Supervise and maintain test equipment- Define audit process for manufacturing- Test/Debug unreleased software and firmware- Support prototype lab and new product introductions- Develop trouble shooting guides for manufacturing- Develop software solutions for continous imporvement and productivity- Management of test and development environments- Document and follow up on test equipment process failures- Follow ISO27001 requirements for management of assets and change management controls.Required Design:- Have open communication channel with firmware & software developers at R&D- Deseign and use of test equipment- Strong knowledge of C#, LabView, Oracle and SQL- Reading electronic diagrams- Test specifications- Software development- Electronic equipmentRequired Experience:- Career in Electronics, Mechatronics, or IT Engineering and/or position experience of 2 years- English 70%LI-LL1If you have the drive and enthusiasm to accept this challenge and to work in a very dynamic, cross functional and international environment, we are looking forward to meeting you.
