We're proud of that and we see it as a genuine source of strength for building high performing teams.Key Responsibilities:Create optimal logistics operations for a wide variety of clients based on the information shared for each customer.Conduct data statistical analysis needed to understand customer needs and define a design strategy for each case.Define operative process flow to determine volumes, productivities, MHE, and all the equipment needed to best meet customer needs.Select racking and technology and collaborate with support areas needed for the whole solution such as Operations, Tech Sales, Pricing, IT, Purchasing, HR, HSSE, etc.Deliver a visually attractive solution to our customers with CAD Drawings, Flythroughs, and Executive presentations, aiming for award-winning businesses.We Are Looking For:As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.At least one year of experience designing warehouse solutions or having taken a related subject in the degree program. 3PL experience is desirable.Experience creating solutions in AutoCAD.Proficient in Excel.Advanced English proficiency.Business-oriented mindset.Solution problem-solving mindset.You have been reading so far; we're glad to see you are interested.
