We want you to enjoy working with us.As a Solutions Engineer, you will:Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key clients, providing high-touch support and guidanceTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in real-time scenariosConduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and present technical solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to enhance product features based on client feedbackDevelop and deliver technical training sessions for clientsCreate detailed technical documentation and client-facing communicationsAnalyze client data to identify trends and optimization opportunitiesProactively monitor client accounts to prevent potential issuesQualifications:Excellent English Skills (spoken and written)Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in AdTechStrong proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and Node
