Ensure integration across processes is considered.- Support the development of the organizational capabilities related to their mega process and the overall Business Process Management strategy.- Proactively communicate to the Super User network. Facilitate Super User meetings to drive best practices and the execution of projects and day-to-day operations.- Drive process optimization and promote commonality in processes and tools. Use Continuous Improvement capabilities (Six Sigma, Lean, Agile).- Proactively engage and communicate to the organizational leadership about project progress, issues and solutions.Requirements:- Professional: Engineering or similar- Advanced English- Strong cross functional process expertise- Demonstrated end-to-end business process thinking- Customer centric focus and global orientation- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes and gain buy in.- In depth knowledge of Business Process Management and related systems (SAP ECC 6.0 Source to Pay process)- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills to solve business conflicts.- Able to successfully interface with all levels of the organization
