.**The Role**:The Specialist, HR Strategy, is responsible for supporting the development of HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives of Ford. The role coordinates with senior specialists and managers to drive effective HR initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent in line with corporate business priorities. Establish direct contact with the ranking companies, set up databases and collect internal information for survey deployment, and engage with internal communication and OCM to promote and spread the rankings in order to obtain a higher response rate.- Rankings: Accountable for internal surveys with the purpose of positioning Ford as an Employer of Choice and as an appealing place to attract and retain talent.
