Accompany, facilitate, and provide feedback to all internal and external stakeholders of Alterna on monitoring and evaluation issues. Support the creation of data-driven programs.**Job functions**- Plan, organize, and gather valuable information to lead results. Analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data for internal and external purposes.- Produce datasets and analysis upon request for organizational operations.- Lead measurement, evaluation, and learning activities with partners, particularly the annual data collection process with direct and indirect beneficiaries.- Coordinate and implement training in monitoring and evaluation to enable internal team and partners to conduct monitoring and evaluation.- Develop and design tools (including digital tools) such as public surveys and focus group interviews, as well as internal assessments for data collection. Ideally, be familiar with the operation of Kobo Toolbox.- Develop strategies in coordination with management to strengthen data collection and analysis.- Assist in the development of internal and external technical capacities: logical frameworks, program data collection, theories of change, and tool design.- Prepare impact reports and present results to internal and external audiences.- Participate in the organizational culture and act as a change agent.**Do you want to be part of the transformation of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Latin America?**- You have experience in team management, communicate assertively, and invest in self-awareness to enhance your leadership skills.- Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, social sciences, project management, or similar.- Desirable Master's degree related to data analysis, M&E, or similar.- Experience: Minimum 2 years in information management and survey design across various platforms, team management, and data analysis. Experience in impact evaluations and/or impact management.- Skills: Ability to create and present impact reports, conduct training, and design monitoring systems.- Technical competencies: proficiency in Excel and PowerBI, familiarity with monitoring programs and evaluation software, and ideally, knowledge of Kobo Toolbox operations
