Grow your career as a **Sr Analyst, Transformation** within **Amstar**, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, monitoring, and implementing the strategic programs and projects across Business Units. You will define and develop IT Program/project management best practices, processes, and policy to ensure alignment with Trisept Operating System and the ALG Hospitality group.

**A successful Sr Analyst, Transformation will have**:
- 3-5 years relevant experience in process mapping and analysis, requirements and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Team player but also able to work independently.
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) strongly desired.
- Knowledge of Project Management, Six Sigma/Lean methodologies and business transformation preferred.
- Travel industry experience a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly in oral and written communication.
- Proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders, build consensus and alignment and deliver key objectives.
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
