Sr Compensation AnalystThis role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.One of our core principles is belief in the power of people. The Human Resources (HR) division is responsible for the integral assistance of employees. This includes recruiting activities, administration, compensation, performance management, employee development, as well as the allocation of work-life-balance and training programs.**How you will make your mark**- Managin the total rewards function within a region by aligning regional programs with overall compensation and benefits strategy; may contribute to development of total rewards strategy.- Developing relationships with key business and functional leaders.- Contributing to compensation or benefits projects that impact employees in multiple countries, regions, and/or businesses.- Being accountable for impact analysis of compensation and benefits programs and initiatives.- Projecting manage benefits delivery including partnering with vendors.- Conducting due diligence and submit recommendations for MADO transactions.**About you**- University degree- 6+ years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.- Strong systematic understanding of total rewards systems, as well as other HR functions.- In-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation and benefits.- Excellent communication, leadership, and influence skills.- Strong financial and business acumen.- Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills.Mexico**Join us and make your mark!****We offer**:- A competitive salary and extensive social benefits- Diverse and dynamic work environment- Work-life balance and support for career development- An amazing life inside the element!
