Sr. Data Engineer

**How will you make an impact?**At the Tijuana IT Center of Excellence, you will be part of a team that is capable of delivering robust software solutions for multiple Business Partners of our Digital Marketing division. As Data Engineer, you will play an important role as part of an Agile team that creates world-class digital merchandising experiences for our customers around the globe. You will:- Work with business to deliver the data and analytics projects.- Use your skills to support the team, promote a great working environment and team synergy.**How will you get here?**- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent Engineering disciplines.- 5+ Years working experience in data integration and pipeline development with data warehousing.- Good communication skills and good English level.- Experience with AWS Cloud on data integration with Apache Spark, EMR, Glue, Kafka, Kinesis, and Lambda in S3, Redshift, RDS, MongoDB/DynamoDB ecosystems.- Strong real-life experience in Python development (and common Python libraries) especially in PySpark in AWS Cloud environment.- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve data integration pipeline.- Strong experience with Perl and Unix Scripts.- Strong analytical experience with database in writing complex queries, query optimization, debugging, user defined functions, views, indexes etc.- Strong experience with source control systems such as Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, and Jenkins build and continuous integration tools.- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).- Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redshift, MySQL, or similar)- Strong experience with performance tuning, analytical understanding with business and program.- Exposure to ETL tools including Informatica and any other tool.- Databricks, Airflow and Apache Spark Experience is a plus.
