Responsibilities: Qualified candidates will serve as the primary desktop support analyst for issues in the Mexico City office as well as issues in other offices as necessary, keeping our staff's computer systems running properly on an ongoing basis. They will also be called on to communicate and interact with local vendors regarding various facets of IT including hardware acquisition and network circuits. Must be self-motivated and able to perform in an unsupervised environment and work remotely with a team of IT professionals.
