Sr Finance Audits Supervisor

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and lead the audit process for a specific country or region.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting policies and regulations, and driving the financial close processes at the country level.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate LATAM Audit cycle across the different Countries.Point of contact between the external firm and Honeywell stakeholders.Plan different strategies to accomplish the objectives.Organize the Team to achieve the due dates.Report to Corporate the status of the Audit.Metrics.Close follow up with different stakeholders such as Legal Team and Tax Team.Must Have:Bachelors in Accounting.10 years of experience in Audit roles.Good knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.Maquila experience.Ability to understand Annual Statutory Reporting.Knowledge of Advanced Excel.Prior experience with SAP and Hyperion Reporting Systems is an added advantage.Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.We Value:Strong people management skills.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Highly customer-oriented with the drive to go the extra mile.Proactive, with the ability to use own initiative and take lead to devise creative solutions.Flexibility to work shifts and exposure to global customers.Additional Information:JOB ID: HRD248004Category: FinanceLocation: Av.
