Responsible for leading and overseeing the financial
planning and analysis process, Lead the Long term, annual plans and short term
forecast cycles as well as provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis
of all financial results and forecasts. Additional responsibilities will
include the Annual cost roll up, Dashboard and company metrics KPI,s and
develop insightful reports in order to contribute to strategic decision making
across the organization. Lead, prepare and present the AOP and forecast cycles
for the One Mexico Structure.
Lead the FPA Team to prepare monthly reporting package of
the company's financial performance vs budget and forecast including updating
the OTL scenarios as required
Lead the FPA Team to perform the analysis of actual results
vs plan and forecast, provide insighful commentary and prepare variance
reporting as required.
Lead the Std. Cost Roll up for the One Mexico entities as
well as provide insightful commentary for the changes.
Review ROI analysis for capital expenditures and nev
projects in Mexico sites
Lead One Mexico consolidation reports and analyses in a
monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Drive continuous improvement and harmonization among Mexico
sites and corporate for budgeting and forecasting process
Leverage India Pune Team in to reports automatization.
Support Organization in initiatives for Excellence
Operational Systems.
Able to collaborate with teams effectively and respectfully.
Acts as a team player and facilitator among teams
Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor Degree: Accounting
- Administration
Minimum 8+ years of Experience in FP&A areas leading
teams
Experience managing hybrid teams
Corporate Reporting
English Fluid
Strong Analysis and Financial reporting skills
required
**Office Windows**: Word, Excel, Power Point
**Equipment Knowledge**
Hyperion/Oracle or Essbase as a must
Sap FICO knowledge required
Ability to use multiple financial packages
Availability for travel
