**Sr. Full Stack Engineer**- The Care Platform engineering team builds and operates the apps and tools which power Care Delivery to our members. Our audience is in-house staff including clinicians, care coordinators, and other health care specialists, and our external network of expert providers, and we provide them with tools like workflow, case management, and member insights, and help facilitate expert opinions on diagnoses and treatment plans.- As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will work on and build our core product that enables millions of users to achieve better healthcare outcome. Our teams work across a range of platforms and languages, including Javascript & Typescript and Go. You'll have the opportunity to work on cross-team efforts, learn from and mentor your team members, and build personal and team best practices.**Role Responsibilities**:- Design, build, and maintain system integrations to connect Clinical Systems to rest of the Included Health platform- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering colleagues to identify opportunities and address them with sustainable, usable, secure, high-performance solutions- Plan, Estimate, & Track through the development cycle- Significantly contribute to the architecture and driving of solutions to complex/critical business needs**Qualifications**:- Proven full-stack development and leadership experience- Experience with (and fondness for) automated testing- Deep experience with Go + GraphQL- Experience modeling data in relational and non-relational datastores- Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills- Modeling real-world data in both RDBMS and NoSQL persistence layers- Experience in our current technologies is a bonus: Javascript, React, Docker, AWS**Additional Perks**- Competitive salary- Remote work option with home internet allowance- Healthcare insurance (medical, dental, and vision)- Retirement savings fund- Food coupons- 30 days Christmas bonus- 25 Total days off first year (Vacation, Sick, PTO)- 50% Vacation premium- Education stipend**About Nimble Gravity**- Nimble Gravity is a team of outdoor enthusiasts, adrenaline seekers, and experienced growth hackers.
