**JOB SUMMARY**The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will support the business to achieve its goals and objectives by using effective, contemporary Human Resources practices to achieve strategic objectives with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion & Belonging. In conjunction with the rest of the HR team (MX, LATAM, AMR), the HRBP role collaborates with the business, Tampico Site leaders, Mexico City Office´s Functional Leaders to enhance Human Resource processes, programs and systems for the business that improve overall site/unit performance. The role has a strong emphasis on providing coaching and leadership to improve organizational effectiveness.**How You Can Be the Impact**- Provide HR leadership to support current and future business, Tampico Site, Mexico City office needs. Influence the development of HR goals, objectives, initiatives and systems that support a strong employee experience and strong SABIC brand.- Responsible for SABIC's HR operational processes & their governance (employee lifecycle process such as onboarding, salary planning c&b, staffing, training, talent management, communications, exit and reporting, etc.), ensuring alignment with SABIC's business strategy as the HR connection point across business units and functions, Center of Excellence (COEs) and HRBPs, and providing strategic Influence on HR processes with operational impacts.- Translate the winning SABIC Culture to the Tampico Site and Mexico City office, through Global Corporate HR Partnerships, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, maximizing the employee experience, serving as the primary employee interface and SABIC ambassadors throughout the employee lifecycle.- Support the employee and Union relations strategy, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.- Demonstrate sound business judgement, communication skills and talent development capabilities.- Drive a culture of safety, inclusiveness, productivity and engagement through an array of employee relations programs.**What Matters to SABIC**- Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR management, or related field- Minimum of 5-10 years of related experience with strong working knowledge of employment law, employment practices, wage administration and training.- Chemical, Manufacturing industry experience preferred- Strong written and verbal communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with Managers and Employees to ensure effective delivery of HR initiatives and policies to ensure a fair and equitable workplace**Internal Eligibility Requirements
