Your role will involve crafting comprehensive technology architectures, implementing and configuring HubSpot solutions, and managing a dynamic schedule of client projects.This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.What You'll DoClient Consulting: Engage with clients to analyze their CRM and CX needs, offering expert guidance on technology solutions that align with their business goals, requirements, and processes.Strategy & Implementation: Design and implement marketing, sales, and service processes using HubSpot, focusing on solutions that drive lead generation, nurturing, and customer experience optimization.Automation & Technology Configuration: Develop complex automation workflows and optimize existing processes to support client goals, ensuring all technology solutions meet high standards of efficiency and effectiveness.Integration Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration projects, working with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoom, and other HubSpot integrations to enhance the tech ecosystem.Reporting & Insights: Generate and present insightful reports to us and clients, ensuring integrated reporting across various technology platforms for accurate performance analysis.Product Knowledge & Training: Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features, products, and technological advancements. Regularly inform the team of any relevant updates or new opportunities for client implementation.What You NeedExperience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, preferably in a client-facing consulting or specialist role.Strategic Expertise: Strong grasp of Inbound Marketing and Customer Experience (CX) methodologies, with proven experience in lead generation, nurturing strategies, and digital marketing implementation.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HubSpot and familiar with a range of tools and integrations, including Asana, Slack, G-Suite, Excel, GoToWebinar, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Vidyard, Zoom, WordPress, Stripe, PandaDoc, DocuSign, QuickBooks, etc.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a capacity to engage with all levels of stakeholders and deliver high-quality client presentations.Business Acumen & Adaptability: A results-driven individual with an understanding of agile marketing practices and the ability to adapt to evolving processes and industry advancements.Results-Oriented: Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and meeting short lead times.Salary & PerksCompetitive Salary.This is a full-time, long-term position.The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.Work from home.Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm - PST.Additional perks.
