Description and RequirementsThis role supports the Lenovo Services Upsell team responsible for revenue growth through Parts Sales and Billable Services. Responsibilities include support for billing, credits and vendor management. This role will be measured on supporting an exceptional customer experience and timely resolution of activities.
Position Responsibilities: Billing for Parts Sales and Billable Repair transactionsDispute resolution including processing credits and issuing RMAsSupport for credit line renewals and tax certificatesVendor management including maintaining account details and new vendor set upsBasic Qualifications: 3+ years prior sales operations and partner engagement experience or equivalentUnderstanding of policies, procedures, and processes related to billing activitiesStrong customer focus and communicationDemonstrate effective verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel skillsStrong analytical, interpretation and problem solving skillsExcellent organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization and problem resolution skillsWorks well independently, yet is cooperative in working with team assignments and activitiesAdditional Locations: Mexico - Distrito Federal - Mexico D.F.
