We look forward to having you as part of our team in the role of Marketing Data Analyst.What you will doDefine reporting needs and KPIs.Create automated custom reports and tagging recommendations.Proactively generate insights to understand customer funnel and abandonment.Oversee performance monitoring via dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc analysis using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.Participate in site re-designs and enhancements by identifying opportunities and setting site metric goals.Analyze churn-related reports to uncover trends and insights.Partner with Marketing teams to connect customer experience/care/loyalty initiatives with retention efforts.Implement processes and train cross-functional business users to use data for decision-making in their respective areas.Advocate for data-driven decision-making and customer-centricity across all digital product touchpoints.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new analytics products, and new features within existing platforms.Requirements5+ years of experience using analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.2+ years of experience with PowerBI.Experience with SQL Databases and ETL process.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, for translating technical and statistical information into actionable business insights for stakeholders.Comfortable working collaboratively and confident in communication.Quantitative thinker with a balanced data-driven and customer-centric approach.Ability to document and present results to varied stakeholder audiences.Team player with a growth mindset.What do we offer?100% remote opportunity.Competitive salary and benefits.Custom benefit package aligned to your experience and your needs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
