This is a position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries.Job location: Remote, work from home anywhere in Brazil, following US Eastern time.The Enterprise Collaboration Team is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of our Microsoft 365 environments. The primary focus for this position will be Microsoft 365 administration where the individual will be expected to be a subject matter expert in multiple systems. In addition, this individual must be a highly motivated self-starter capable of simultaneously prioritizing and managing a variety of complex tasks and support activities in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsMinimum 10 years of IT experience5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, Office and other 365 applicationsExperience with Microsoft 365 Tenant Security Hardening and Best PracticesStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory)Proven user administrator experience with user accounts, licenses, permissions, and groupsExperience with Microsoft Exchange Online including mailbox administration, distribution list management, and calendar administrationProficiency in SharePoint Online in a retail environment including site management, permissions, web parts and general troubleshootingTeams administration experience including audit cycles and governance activitiesGeneral understanding of PowerShell environment and command executionExperience troubleshooting client-side applications including Windows and MacDemonstrated understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting experienceAbility to manage ticket queues and vendor escalationsWorking knowledge of workstation operating systems, registry settings, and loggingAbility to interact with end users to provide technical support and gather feedbackDesire and ability to learn and support new technologiesMust possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbalMust possess strong organization skills, including a keen attention to detailAbility to write and maintain PowerShell Scripts and scripting environmentsWorking knowledge of on-premise Active DirectoryExperience with AvePoint or Purview Governance ToolsExperience with AvePoint Governance Tooling is a plusExternal Guest Audit3rd Party App Consent AutomationRetirement of Cloud Service Accounts (move to application registrations)Public and Large 365 Group HardeningDisable Legacy Auth Protocols in 365#J-18808-Ljbffr
