Sr Molding Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Master's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years molding experience.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Molding operations management experience.
- Experience in strategic and annual planning.
- Experience with project planning.
- Experience in international operations support.
- Experience with working with molding suppliers.
- Experience with CIF, Lean, Six Sigma, Quality Management Systems, and EHS implementations associated with molding operations.
- Expertise in materials, tools, machines, and approaches for different molding technologies including thermoset compression, thermoset/thermoplastic injection and transfer molding
- Understands materials, machines, and approaches for polymer additive manufacturing processes including polymer powder bed fusion, vat photopolymerization, material extrusion, material jetting, and binder jetting.
- Financial acumen and experience with business case development.
- Working knowledge of business management systems (MRP, order management).
- Working knowledge of sustainability issues associated with molding operations.
- Has led major improvement initiatives without direct reporting authority.
- Effective communicator within environments ranging from shop floor kaizen teams to operations leadership stakeholder groups.
