Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY: Perform as a technical leader across disciplines and technologies, assisting management in meeting strategic initiatives. Drive proficiency within the team, ensure best practices are followed, and support the delivery of quality solutions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ability to work independently in a technical lead role.Review and evaluate new technologies beneficial to projects.Participate in design and implementation of Technology Services projects.Work with Customers to determine requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.Align Product Engineering solutions with the overall Technology Services strategy.Design solutions on an Enterprise level with medium guidance.Analyze and troubleshoot project-related issues.Ensure best practices are defined and followed.Act as an escalation point for technical issues and support.Identify and communicate risks to the business.Mentor regional and site resources on process and techniques.Research new technology and business practices with the team.Support other team members' duties and responsibilities as necessary.Adhere to safety and health rules, and supervisor directives.Follow all procedures within the company security policy.JOB QUALIFICATIONSKNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:Proven proficiency across multiple disciplines and technologies.Fluent in business processes and best practices.Advanced electronics skills related to computer hardware.Advanced design and architecture experience.In-circuit and functional test experience.Experience architecting test fixtures.Experience managing NPI processes.BOM management experience, preferred.Experience in automated manufacturing environments, preferred.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
