Reporting to the VP Operations,_ In charge of managing day-to-day operations and core functions of operations in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.What a typical day looks like:- _ The Senior Program Management will be responsible for_ Ingathering the business needs of customers for multiple sites- _ Accountable for assessment of existing and potential markets and developing and maintaining strategic alliances with key customers._- In charge of managing day-to-day operations and core functions of operations in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence- _ Will regularly interact with executives and major clients. Interactions normally will involve influencing and/or persuading customers and negotiations._- Direct and control the activities on purchasing business, production control, planning, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, maintenance, manufacturing and logistics- _ Functional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to Engineering, Procurement, Materials Management, Quality, Warehousing and logistics, Business Excellence, cross functional Human Resource and Financial responsibility._The experience we're looking to add to our team:- _ Strong experience in similar position in the electronics manufacturing industry in telecommunications projects is also a plus._- _ BA/BS/ MBA or equivalent work experience_- _ Performance development, teaching/ leading, mentoring and/or organization development. Strong people management skills and ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable_- _ Fluent English_- _ Working with sites on capacity analysis_- _ Prepare a growth plan that will bridge the gaps in the sites_
