Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe Sr Program Manager is accountable for sustaining the customer while contributing to company?s financial targets.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:? Primary point of contact for customer.? Liaison between customer and manufacturing site.? Manage all customer service issues.? Responsible for reporting to customer.? Customer Focused Team leadership.? Input on evaluation and assessment of team members for performance.? Identify potential training opportunities within the team.? Customer demandmaintenance responsibility.? New Product Introduction coordination for assigned customers.? Accountable for on-time delivery of product.? Accountable for E&O recovery.? Accountable for A/R recovery.? ECO implementation coordinator.? RMA/MRB follow up.Other Duties:? All the employees are responsible for the legal fulfillment, to recognize and submit with the environmental policy and procedures applicable to the system of environmental management of safety and health.? Take part in emergency brigades and the training required for the activities.
