.**Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity**: The position is a mix of Project Management and a team leader for GES -HPS LSS team.Project Manager is responsible for managing the projects assigned with GPM Processes and Project Execution Method. Duties include liaising with various global stakeholders, build and drive the projects to successful completion. This includes extensive coordination with Customers and various Honeywell cross-functional team like Regional Project Leader, Engineering manager, Operations Manager, Engineering team, Honeywell Factory, sourcing, PCO & GCC and various vendors for material supply or engineering labor. The activities would include project tracking and control using CORA/Planview and tracking the same on a weekly basis. Documenting delays/ change to baseline with clear reasons/ causes for delay. Cost monitoring on a regular basis and tracking any deviations against the estimated cost. Identifying and tracking emerging risks during execution and preparing a mitigation plan. Coordinating and arranging manpower from Engineering team and suppliers based on skills required. The position is Remote and needs extensive co-ordination and follow up with all stake holders to achieve project milestones.As a GES team leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Migration CoE resources.Resource planning & scheduling, co-ordination with the stake holders, planning the team training & development.Manage GES activities like update Spend plan, forecasting & achieve monthly billing targets.Drive GES KPI for team like billability, utilization, Productivity initiatives, NPS & CO/UpsellContinuously lookout for growth options to maximize the GES utilization for the business.**Key Responsibilities**Project Management:Responsible for the measurement & control project metrics. For example, Quality, delivery, cost & schedule and submitting the project plans/progress on time, change requests and documentation of change to baseline etc.1. Regular interaction & progress reporting with drive weekly/monthly project review internal/external meetings2. Project planning & controls, project resource management, Change Order Management3. Risk identification and mitigation for all projects of designated area4. Achieve organization Metrics goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity & Customer feedback which are in line with customer & employee satisfaction and Business growth5. Drive Revenue forecast & margin improvement, billing and collection in CORA and PRoFIT tools6. Managing projects within budgets and driving productivity savings to increase project delivered margins7. Conduct feedback analysis and derive corrective actions from feedback8. Facilitate project logistics & Travel.9. Project handover to Support, capture lessons learnt and Project Closure.10. Resource planning and engagement with the stakeholders11
