Sr Quality Compliance Specialist

**Typical Accountabilities**:

- Provides professional technical/quality support to multiple quality teams/projects on a day-to-day basis
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and in project settings to deliver objectives
- Keeps own knowledge of best practices, industry standards and new developments in quality up to date
- Provides technical guidance for trouble shooting activities to help resolve existing problems, make judgements and anticipate future developments in AstraZeneca's Quality related needs
- Ensures adherence to Quality Standards and expectations across a broad range of services in order to provide a high quality, timely and cost-effective service
- Provides support and assist in the preparation of information to discuss and help carry out improvement plans, priority setting, investigation reports, quality or performance improvement recommendations
- Ensures adherence to Quality, Health and Safety, Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Laboratory Practice and regulatory requirements of own work and others work

**Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- Essential: University Degree
- Experience of Good Manufacturing Practice and Quality Environment; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Project management experience
- Understanding of multiple aspects of physical plant, technical equipment and other elements of facilities management
- Process owner in: Product Review, Deviations, APR, Complaints, Exchange Controls
