Is responsible for setting the quality standards through quality tools, collaborate with other processing areas & other areas involved on the quality of the process & product to reach quality level, and communicate this action to Local & Global Stakeholders.Responsible for support the customer and follow up the complaints: verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. Support internal customers where is needed mayor analysis.Support of Processing Operation and involved areas: Identify and implement improvement projects needed and share progress with stakeholders. Support and collaborate with other areas as PPS and other Engineering Projects for productivity purpose. Implement Quality criteria of acceptance or reject of a product.Calculate performance, reporting to Local & Global stakeholders and analysis of trends by using quality tools and take decisions upon it: identify opportunity areas of processes and elaborate and update KPI´s of area.Lead and implement global and local projects related to Quality & Productivity.Improve the Quality level using LCI Tools and other Quality tools: responsible for maintaining FMEA and Control Plan updated, share reports and knowledge for using these tools.Promote Quality attitude with collaborators: Influence with other areas to reach quality levels, share information of global projects.**Requirements**:- More than 5 years of experience in Manufacturing and Quality areas. (Preferable experience in measuring devices and decorating process).- Quality Tools management as FMEA, Control Plan, Process Diagrams and improvement tools as Lean manufacturing, ISO 9001 preferable TS 16949.- RCCA and Corrective actions methodologies (Ishikawa, 8D, 5W etc.)- Lean manufacturing experience (PDCA, Kaizen, 8 waste)- Solid experience leading Improvement projects with proven impact for the organization
