You will work closely with engineering leadership on managing data collection and processing, documenting product specifications, processes, and technical documentation. You will help coordinate project planning and scheduling, act as a liaison between engineering groups, and provide data reporting for both internal and external customers.

You will contribute to the Operate and Maintain (O&M) and Design and Development Engineering (NPI) function of Honeywell's Personal Protective Equipment products by designing, testing, and validating products from prototype to market ensuring business continuity for our products. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of engineering projects and programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure project deliverables are provided on time to production and with high quality.Technical guidance for team members and facilitation of product design technical reviews.Work closely with other functions like V&V, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, and ISC to ensure proper project execution and robust engineering solutions.Day-to-day supervision of and workload management of resources within the O&M Fall Protection and Respiratory Engineering team.Recruiting, development, and retention of talent.Act as O&M Engineering technical interface with Offering Management, Procurement, and other cross-functional global teams.Lead worldwide recognized and accredited test laboratory.Meet technical, schedule, and cost constraints of O&M Engineering projects.Resources and budget planning for O&M Engineering department.Ensure and maintain the integrity of all product output from engineering including documentation, revision control, product regulatory testing and approvals, intellectual property opportunities, etc.Manage several projects simultaneously, prioritize, and reprioritize daily (multitasking).Attend product development and other departmental meetings.YOU MUST HAVEBachelor's Degree in Engineering.Excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills.Experience acting as Coordinator or Technical Lead for Engineering projects.Proficient in Engineering Change Management Process.Direct experience in Product Design for Manufacturing, Manufacturing environment for mass production products or close collaboration with ISC teams.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.WE VALUEStrong background on how a product is designed, from the mechanical engineering or chemical engineering perspective.Previous experience in product lifecycle management.Six Sigma Knowledge and Certification.
